About our Business
The Law Firm of RONDAIN & MENDIOLA was organized on 1 October 1992. It is located at the Fourth Floor of the
OMM-CITRA Building, 39 San Miguel Avenue, Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
The Firm offers services in all fields of law practice. It is capable of handling general corporate retainer work and
‘house-keeping,” administrative licensing and litigation, special corporate projects, labor problems, and civil, corporate, tax and criminal litigation. It has a wide client base ranging from individuals to blue-chip multinational corporations.
The Partners are progressive lawyers extensively-trained in prestigious local and foreign firms.

RUY ALBERTO S. RONDAIN was graduated by the University of the Philippines with the degrees of Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy in 1981, and Bachelor of Laws in 1985. He was also conferred a Master of Laws degree by Cornell University, Ithaca, NY, in 1991. Mr. Rondain was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 1986. He was an Associate at ACCRA from January 1986, and Senior Associate from 1989 to 1992. He was a Foreign Attorney at HINCKLEY ALLEN SNYDER & COMEN, Providence, RI, in the Summer and Fall of 1991. Mr. Rondain specializes in civil and corporate litigation, and has extensive experience in Libel Law Litigation
ORLANDO E. MENDIOLA holds baccalaureate degrees in Business Administration (1981) and in Law (1986), both from the University of the Philippines. He was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 1987. He was an ACCRA Associate from February 1987, and Senior Associate from 1991 to 1992. He joined QUISUMBING TORRES & EVANGELISTA in 1992. Mr. Mendiola specializes in civil, corporate and criminal litigation.
